Hello JadenLay,
Is the desktop PC connected directly to the router or through other devices, hubs, switches or other?
Try if this solution works for y'all also:

Hi, franco d'esaro,

The desktop is continued directly to the router through an ethernet cable. And then the router is continued to the modem. If I accept my laptop and disable all wireless communications and then connect it to the ethernet cable used for the desktop I get speeds up to 400 Mbps but if I take that aforementioned cable and connect information technology to my desktop I merely get speeds up to 150 Mbps fifty-fifty though I'm using a gigabit ethernet port. I tried running the computer with a clean boot as suggested in the link y'all sent simply this did not end up fixing the trouble.

How-do-you-do JadenLay,
what is your Firewall / Antivirus in use?
try to reset the network: Settings> Network and Cyberspace> Status, click Network Reset on the right side, follow the instructions.Otherwise try to uninstall any third party Firewall / Antivirus temporarily or VPN software and endeavour over again. If the trouble persists, uninstall any network optimization software, such as (SmartByte, Killer Network Manager, Rivet Dynamic Bandwidth Direction, Dragon Bandwidth Controller etc.). Uninstall any third-party app or utility of the pc manufacturer for network management.
Re-run the Clean Kickoff exam correctly and read the procedure advisedly. In Clean Start is the speed still deadening?
